I’m a Melbourne-based coach…

I help people find direction, purpose, and a way forward.

I’m a UK-born, Melbourne-based coach, musician, and charity founder.

My path hasn’t been linear — and that’s exactly why I coach the way I do.

II’m a UK-born, Melbourne-based coach, musician, and charity founder.

My path hasn’t been linear — and that’s exactly why I coach the way I do.

I’ve lived a few different chapters.
Firefighter in Nottingham. Time in India. Building Schools for Nepal.
And a lot of moments where life didn’t go to plan — and I had to figure out what came next.

I’ve spent a lot of time learning how to rebuild direction when things feel unclear.

I’m also a dad of two (three, if you count one very loyal puppy).
And I care deeply about helping people become the version of themselves they actually respect — not the version they feel they have to perform.

My approach is simple.

Just honest conversation, clear thinking, and steady action.

How I work

I create a space where you can slow things down, think clearly, and work out what actually matters.

From there, we focus on simple, practical steps that move things forward.

I’m trained in this work — with a background in business and personal development, and accreditation through the Jay Shetty Certification School.

Some sessions are light.
Some go deeper.

But they’re always real.

This work doesn’t have to feel heavy.

You can figure things out, make better decisions, and build something that actually feels like your life — without losing yourself in the process.

Whether you’re looking for more clarity, better direction, or just a place to think things through properly…

I’ve got your back.

If this feels like the right fit, this is a good place to start

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

No gimmicks.
No “perfect morning routine” sermons.

No scripts. No pressure. No pretending.

FAQs

How do I know if this is right for me?

1

If you’re feeling stuck, unclear, or like something’s missing — it’s probably a good fit.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Most people don’t.

If you’re open to honest conversation and actually want things to shift, that’s enough.

Is it worth the investment?

That’s a fair question.

Most people don’t come to coaching because everything’s working perfectly — they come because something needs to change.

If we can help you get clear, make better decisions, and move forward with more confidence, the value tends to speak for itself.

There’s no pressure — just a conversation to start with.

I’m busy — will I actually have time for this?

3

You don’t need hours of spare time.

Sessions are designed to fit around real life, and the goal is to make things simpler — not add more to your plate.

Most people find that once they get clear, they actually gain time and energy back.

What actually happens in a session?

4

It’s a space to talk things through properly.

We get clear on what’s going on, what matters, and what needs to shift — then work out practical next steps.

Some sessions are light.
Some go deeper.

But they’re always real and focused on moving things forward.

What if I don’t know what I want yet?

5

That’s exactly where most people start.

You don’t need clarity before coaching — that’s what we build together.

We start where you are, not where you think you should be.

Book a free discovery call or head to the contact page and send me a message. Tell me what’s going on, what you want to change, and we’ll take it from there.

6

What kind of results can I expect?

Book a session.

We’ll have a conversation, see where you’re at, and figure out what makes sense from there.

No pressure — just a starting point.

7

What’s the first step?

Still unsure? That’s completely normal.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start.
